The ordering and shipping process
- Accepting your order: Once you have placed an order with FreezeTeq, we will obtain offers for transport (if we are to arrange it) and forward them to you for acceptance. If needed, we will send a proforma invoice to you.
- Confirmation of your order: We will provide you with a confirmation of your order via email, which will include a reference number, details of the goods, quantities, prices, and expected delivery date.
- Mutual information on collection date: We will keep you informed via email about the final dispatch or collection date of your order.
- Tracking information: If we arrange transport for your order, we will provide you with a tracking ID and/or CMR copy immediately after dispatch.
- Commercial invoice: A few days after dispatch or collection, we will send you a commercial invoice for your order.
