The benefits and process of using pallet inverters.
Without robots, the manually inserting or retrieving of spacers usually requires a time-consuming repacking of the entire pallet. A pallet inverter can reduce the time and workload drastically as the enables an easy tilt of the full pallet with up to 100°. Thereby box layers, spacers or pallets can easily be inserted and retrieved.

If your handling process is not robotized the use of pallet inverters is such a perfect match for working with our freezer spacers.
To retrieve the freezer spacers after freezing your products you either need to repack the entire pallet or you can use a pallet inverter to lift the pallet and easily pull out the freezer spacers.
